Matilda Aaltonen's performance will be presented at the Ahjo Art Center in Joensuu as part of the “Lonely in the Rain” contemporary dance festival.
What Kind of Animal Are You? is a bodily exploration of human animality. Using both speech and non-verbal expressions of the body, the performance deconstructs, critiques, and invalidates the dualistic human-animal dichotomy and examines humanity thereafter.
Audience discussion after the performance.
